Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Quante Marketing ("we", "us", "our"), you ("client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Quante Marketing provides professional video editing, content production, and related creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual proposals, statements of work, or order confirmations.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate briefs, raw footage, brand assets, and timely feedback. The client confirms they own or have licensed all materials supplied to Quante Marketing and that such materials do not infringe any third-party rights.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require payment in advance or per the schedule defined in the relevant proposal. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Revisions & Delivery

Each package includes the number of revisions specified in the proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees. Delivery timelines begin once all required assets and approvals are received.

6. Refund Policy

Because our services involve custom digital production, completed work is generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and any approved refund will be limited to work not yet completed or delivered.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quante Marketing retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, including business strategies, unreleased products, and proprietary creative direction.

9. No Guarantee

While we apply industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes including views, engagement, leads, sales, revenue, ad performance, or return on investment. Results depend on factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quante Marketing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as defined in the relevant proposal. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent via our contact form and a member of our team will respond within one business day.
